Directions

  • Take US Highway 75 north from Tulsa, Oklahoma
  • Exit at OK State Highway 20 and proceed left (west) four miles to Skiatook, OK
  • Turn right (north) at the first traffic light onto OK State Highway 11
  • Proceed north or west on OK State Highway 11 to OK State Highway 123
  • Turn right on OK State Highway 123
  • Proceed eight (8) miles to the Woolaroc entrance on the left
    1. Travel south to Bartlesville, OK
    2. Exit right onto US 60 West (Adams Blvd) into Bartlesville, OK
    3. Proceed west through Bartlesville to OK State Highway 123
    4. Turn left (south) on OK State Highway 123
    5. Go twelve (12) miles to the front entrance of Woolaroc on the right
    1. Follow US 60 to the west into Bartlesville (Nowata Road)
    2. Cross US 75 and proceed west through Bartlesville (Adams Blvd) to OK State Highway 123
    3. Turn left (south) on OK State Highway 123
    4. Go twelve (12) miles to the front entrance of Woolaroc on the right
    1. As you enter Bartlesville, turn right (south) on OK State Highway 123
    2. Go twelve (12) miles to the front entrance of Woolaroc on the right
    1. Turn right (east) on OK State Highway 11 just south of Pawhuska, OK
    2. Proceed on OK State Highway 11 through Barnsdall, OK
    3. Turn left (north) on OK State Highway 123
    4. Proceed eight (8) miles to the Woolaroc entrance on the left

    Attractions

    We want everyone to be able to enjoy the beautiful legacy Frank Phillips left us, so all facilities are wheelchair accessible.

    Woolaroc is pet-friendly! Well behaved dogs are welcome ON THE GROUNDS AND IN THE MUSEUM ONLY and must remain on a leash at all times. Service dogs are allowed in all facilities.

    Our grounds are also a beautiful location to take pictures! Amateur photographers are welcome at any time during our normal hours. No flash photography is allowed in the museum. If you’re a professional photographer, please contact us to set up a time for you photo shoot. We hope you enjoy your visit to Woolaroc!

    9. Pack in your vehicle and drive to follow the exit signs, but before you leave the gates, get a taste of fur trader life in the 1840s at our interactive Mountain Man Camp (only open March 16 – Labor Day) 3:20 - 4:00PM

    9. NAP TIME: Load up and Drive past Clyde Lake to Gate Exit 1:00PM

    2. Wildlife Drive Through, allow approx. 20 minutes
    3. Stop in at the 1840’s Mountain Man Camp to experience the life of a fur trader (only open March 16 through Labor Day), allow 30min - 1hr for this activity
    4. Park & Visit the Welcome Center for a Restroom Break
    5. Explore the Museum & Gift Shop from 11:30 - 1:00PM
    6. Eat lunch at the Prairie Dome Café 1:00 - 2:00PM
    7. Climb the staircase on the Welcome Center up to the birds nest outlook, approx. 15 min.
    8. Walk over to the Lodge for a quick look inside life on the Ranch where the outlaws met to play games and had a good bite to eat. The patio overlooks Clyde Lake with spectacular views for selfies. 2:30 - 3:00PM
    9. Escape into Nature on our scenic Hiking & Nature Trails surrounded by the beauty of nature from 3:00PM - 3:45PM
    10. Load up and Drive past Clyde Lake to Gate Exit 4:00PM

    6. Eat lunch at the Prairie Dome Café at Noon
    7. Explore the Museum from 1:00 - 3:15PM
    8. Find your favorite souvenir at the Gift Shop at 3:15PM
    9. Sweep your loved one off their feet and back into your vehicle, Drive past Clyde Lake to Gate Exit 4:00PM

    5. Wander down the pathway to the rustic Woolaroc Lodge, completed in 1927 for Frank Phillips, used for entertainment and business deals with investors, Native American Chiefs and outlaws, one of the most unusual lodge-type structures of its time from 11:15AM-12:00PM
    6. Eat lunch at the Prairie Dome Café in the Welcome Center at Noon
    7. There’s just so much to see, you will want to explore to the Museum from 1:00 - 3:30PM
    8. Find your favorite souvenir at the Gift Shop at 3:30PM
    9. Load up and Drive past Clyde Lake to Gate Exit 4:00PM
