We have wonderful facilities available for you that can meet almost any event you may be planning, from a wedding to an anniversary, a special birthday, a planning retreat or simply a special occasion. While you may have several choices of where to have your event, there is no other place like Woolaroc and only we can provide you with the special MAGIC of Woolaroc! Clyde Lake

The wonderful picnic grounds of Clyde Lake can host a small event or a group of 400. The pavilion provides shelter and our picnic grounds are beautiful as they sit below the historic Lodge home and look across the spacious Clyde Lake. Book your event for Clyde Lake and bring Woolaroc "Magic" to your special day!
Cost: $750/day



Events Center

Our beautiful Events Center has a spectacular view of Clyde Lake and is a perfect location for a wedding, reception, business meeting or special occasion. The building has restrooms and a catering kitchen and measures 55 ft. x 30 ft. The Events Center can comfortably handle a sit down dinner for 100 people.
Cost: $500/day






The Lodge

The historic Lodge can be rented for special private parties but we are limited as to the size of the party due to the fragile nature of this wonderful treasure.
Cost: $1,000



The Museum

A perfect location for the ultimate business event or wedding is within the magical walls of the Museum. Surround your guests with world class art and experience an event you will never forget.

Cost:  $5,000



Ceremony on the Grounds

The beautiful public grounds of Woolaroc has many locations perfect for a small wedding ceremony.  Imagine saying your "I dos" in front of the turquoise mosaic Museum Doors, or in Central Park surrounded by bubbling ponds and blooming flowers.
